  • Manpower is appointed based on skill set, trained and adequately inducted on safety before putting them on the job.

  • All the manpower is given a HSW and ESD training during their induction and are awarded with incentives for their practice.

  • A periodic review of HSW compliances and awareness programs are conducted every six months.

  • Personal Protective Equipment shall be used and safety harnesses to be attached while working at heights.

  • Adequate Tool Boxes are made available to do the right job at the first time.

  • All the employees shall adhere to the safety rules during travel and work. (Like wearing helmets, seat belts, speed limits, harness, safety shoes, electrostatic wristband etc.)

  • We believe in No Alcohol at work and at office parties/ outings.

  • We adhere to statutory compliances like ESIC / Insurance, EPF etc.
